There is nothing like working on a slab of newly poured concrete in the hot Texas summer sun to profoundly forge one's perspective about the value of a dollar earned. That was my first job after returning from studying in Europe, as a young man. The job was provided by my father, an investment builder and structural engineer. He was an adventurer at heart so my youth was spent living all over the world, in different cultures, and in some very remote places. This too, forever forged my perspective as to how one should relate to others. When it comes to buying or selling a home, it is typically one of the biggest financial decisions most people make. It certainly is one of the most emotional. I have been in the equipment rental business, owned a pleasure boat dealership, and worked as a director of operations for a small retail chain a number of years. During that time I selected store sites, negotiated leases, designed floor plans, and supervised construction of  store buildouts. I have been a Texas Real Estate Licensee in excess of fourteen years. I've worked with small private investment groups, sold foreclosed properties for the U.S. Small Business Administration, represented commercial lease tenants, protested tax renditions before the board, and sold numerous homes, commercial buildings, lots and undeveloped land. I provide price opinions, evaluations, construction draw verifications, and REO sales services to underwriters, lenders and insurance companies.
